Centers is the agency that coordinates services for adoptive families living in the counties served by DFPS in Region 10. These counties include El Paso, Hudspeth, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Presidio, and Brewster. Our services are designed to keep adoptive families intact and provide access to programs that focus on building a strong family foundation.
