Centers is the agency that coordinates services for adoptive families living in the counties served by DFPS in Region 08. This includes the 28 counties that make up what is known as the Texas Hill Country area. From Bexar in the middle, stretching Southeast to Calhoun on the Gulf and West where Val Verde, Kinney, and Maverick meet the Rio Grande. Our services are designed to keep adoptive families intact and provide access to programs that focus on building a strong family foundation.
