Centers is the agency that coordinates services for adoptive families living in the counties served by DFPS in Region 05. These include Angelina, Hardin, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Nacogdoches, Newton, Orange, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler counties
