Centers is the agency that coordinates services for adoptive families living in the counties served by DFPS in Region 04. Those counties include: Anderson, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Smith, Titus, Upshur, and Wood counties. Our services are designed to keep adoptive families intact and provide access to programs that focus on building a strong family foundation.
